  Hands down the best Dentist I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Always great service. No nonsense! I struggled with a fear of going to dentists practically my whole life, Finger Lakes Dental makes me feel comfortable and unafraid. It's relieving to know I can trust them with my care and not be afraid during my visits. I highly recommend them

  Words cannot express my immense satisfaction with Finger Lakes Dental- never have I been a patient of a more caring, patient-centered, pleasant dentist office in my LIFE. :) As someone who has had a terrible experience with a dentist in the past (which had deterred me from seeking care and created fear, shame and embarrassment), I can honestly say that it is truly a pleasure (yes! I said, pleasure!) to have dental visits at FLD. Everyone you encounter- from the pleasant, helpful and polite front desk, to those you pass in the halls, to the hygienists, assistants and, of course, the doctors, are incredibly kind, cheerful and have your care in the forefront. My husband sees Dr. Kami and has sung her praises as well, so I feel very confident saying that no matter which dentist you see, you will be in the BEST hands! I have met with Dr. Jason for some dental work (amazing!), and I now regularly see Dr. Cate for my care for no other reason than she had availability on a specific day. Both are absolutely incredible. They listen, they show genuine compassion and concern, and their main goal is to do whatever it takes to keep your smile lasting and your mouth healthy, while keeping you comfortable and at ease. Having needed extensive work, I can say that Dr. Cate has been the MOST compassionate and kind dentist I have ever had the blessing of being a patient of. She puts you at ease, and her work is thorough, impeccably done, and you will be as comfortable as possible during the whole experience as she and her assistant ensure that! I also want to mention I received a check-in call after hours from Dr. Cate just to see how I was doing after a procedure I had that morning; I feel as if that never happens anymore from any dental/medical establishments- and that speaks volumes in how much they truly care and their dedication to us as patients! I could keep on singing their praises, and I highly encourage those of you, like me, who have had negative experiences with dentists in the past, to just make the call and become a patient at FLD- you will NEVER want to go anywhere else! :)

  Completely pleased by my experience. All staff were professional and there was zero judgement regarding any issues that were occurring. A big thank you to the Finger Lakes Dental staff getting me back on track with my dental care!
