- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like Dr Sandler ,he pays attention to my concern. Some of the front office employees are not interested to solve patients issues and treat this job as if working 9 to 5 in a retail store.This job requires some degree of empathy for patients.July 25, 2017by Soheila Arbabian
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Bryan Sandler is the most irresponsible and incompetent PCP I have encountered. I have been with this practice for many years. The quality of care was very good with the first two Dr.s, but with each successive Dr, that quality has gone down. The turn-over has been very high,which does not help with the continuity of care. After explaining the extreme negative side effects(one of which-I passed out on bathroom floor for 2 hrs)of a med I had been on for a newly( ~1 mo. prior to last dr. leaving)diagnosed,serious condition; Sandler doubled the dose of that med. The pharmacist and another specialist I saw around that time, were confused by that decision and his management of other medications. When I questioned this, among other things, he was very argumentative and condescending. I discussed my apprehensions with the nurse at the following appointment and said I was going to look for another Dr. She at least, was very kind and helpful. After going in circles with Sandler during that appt., and his preceding an answer with, "I don't know why you people..." (which "people" am I??)and i think he started to tell me but caught himself) I laughed,and said that he seemed very irresponsible and incompetent and that I would be looking for another Dr. This is a small part of my negative experience with this PCP. I would strongly NOT recommend Bryan Sandler to anyone who wants a Primary CARE Physician who possesses,integrity,intellect,kindness,and competence. I am thankful in a way, for this experience, as it was what lead me to a much more positive experience with Primary Care.March 10, 2017by Di S
